CHWant to start digital planning on your iPad in 2026? Here are 3️⃣ things you need to set up to get started. ✨📲
1️⃣ Download a note-taking app that supports hyperlinked templates.
Apps like Goodnotes, FreeNotes, Noteful, and Notability are all great options. After installing your app, you’ll need to import your planner file. This will allow you to use the note-taking app’s tools to mark up the planner template.
2️⃣ Turn on Scribble for better handwriting.
The steps are simple. To to Settings→Select Apple Pencil→Enable Scribble. This enables the handwriting-to-text feature giving you cleaner, consistent notes and plans — perfect for aesthetic iPad planning.
3️⃣ Create a shortcut for quick access (optional)
Now this last one unfortunately only works with Goodnotes. You’ll use the shortcuts app to make your planner a one-tap icon on your iPad Home Screen. You’ll select the (+)→Goodnotes → Open document → Select your planner → select Info Icon → Add to Home Screen → Choose Image and rename → Done
That’s it! Follow for more digital planning tips 🤍✨
