I wasn’t going to share this but it’s what we had for dinner lol. Anyways here is the recipe! Chicken • 1 lb chicken thighs, thinly sliced • 1/2 cup soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp pepper • Oil or cooking spray Add chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and pepper to a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes while you heat a skillet with oil or cooking spray. Add chicken in a single layer and cook over medium about 3 minutes until dark and caramelized. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan. Sauce • Leftover marinade • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 1 tbs cornstarch • 1/4 cup water Add leftover marinade to the skillet with brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn heat to high and bring to a bubble. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into the sauce. Reduce heat to low and let thicken about 30 seconds. Add chicken back in and toss to coat. Comment “recipe” and I’ll send you the recipe to print or save! https://basicswithbails.com/ingredients/beef/viral-cottage-cheese-sweet-potato-beef-bowl/ INGREDIENTS - (Makes 4 bowls) 400g lean ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 2 medium sweet potatoes 2 cups cottage cheese 1 avocado 1-2 tbsp hot honey Optional - hot sauce, salt, black pepper DIRECTIONS - 1) In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as you go. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside. 2) Roast or air fry sweet potatoes until fork-tender. I cooked mine in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 13 minutes with avocado oil spray and seasonings. 3) Start with a base of cooked sweet potatoes, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese. 4) Top with the taco-seasoned beef and sliced avocado. 5) Finish it off with hot honey and hot sauce for that sweet-spicy kick. In an oiled pan add chicken breast seasoned with spices, cooking over med-high heat throughout until golden brown. 2. Sauté garlic, shallots and tomatoes in 1tbsp of oil until aromatic, on medium-high heat. 3. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry, and add into the pan with spices and chicken stock. Stir until thickened. 4. Take sauce pan off heat and add coconut milk to sauce pan, stir, and add nutritional yeast. 5. Season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, basil & paprika. 3. Then, add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your chicken. Cover and cook on both sides until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and add 6 tbsp of butter. 4. Next, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Then add 1.5 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with the same prior seasonings. 5. Then add your cooked pasta, 2 tbsp of softened, cream cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. Mix all together. Dumb Dinners, Episode 22: Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bake What you’ll need: 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits (16.3 oz, 8 count) 1 rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked shredded chicken (about 2 cups shredded) 1 bag baby spinach (5 oz) 1 jar alfredo sauce (15 oz) 1 bag shredded whole milk mozzarella (8 oz) ½ packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning How to make it: Spray a 9x13 dish Cut biscuits into pieces, layer across the bottom Add shredded chicken Add spinach Sprinkle ranch seasoning Pour alfredo over everything, give it a shake Stir gently Top with mozzarella Bake at 350° for 36-40 min Let it sit 5 min That’s it. 🌶️Honey Sriracha Chicken🌶️ Recipe below⬇️ Follow @the.foodie.analyst for more🔔 Ingredients (serves 3): 🔸 650g chicken breast 🔸 1tbsp cornflour 🔸 0.25tsp white pepper 🔸 0.5tsp salt 🔸 1tsp Chinese-5-spice 🔸 1.5tbsp toasted sesame oil 🔸 2tsp minced garlic 🔸 1tsp minced ginger 🔸 95g sriracha 🔸 35g honey 🔸 2tbsp light soy sauce 🔸 100ml water 🔸 5 spring onions 🔸 0.5tsp sesame seeds Method: 1️⃣ In a small bowl, combine the sriracha, honey, light soy sauce & water into a smooth sauce & set aside 2️⃣ Chop the chicken breast into chunks, then coat in the cornflour, white pepper, salt & Chinese-5-spice 3️⃣ Heat the sesame oil in a large pan on medium heat, then add the chicken & fry in the minced garlic and ginger till browned 4️⃣ While the chicken cooks, slice the spring onions & separate the light green & dark green parts 5️⃣ Once the chicken has cooked, add the light green parts of your spring onions (save a handful for garnishing) and fry for another 1-2mins 6️⃣ Pour in the sauce, stir & leave to bubble, once it starts bubbling, stir in the rest of the spring onions & continue cooking, stirring occasionally until the sauce reduces and thickens 7️⃣ Remove from the heat & garnish with sesame seeds & the rest of the spring onion greens and enjoy! Serving suggestion: Steamed/sticky rice
