MADon’t go to Disney World’s Early Entry time without knowing this first!
What is Early Entry? It’s 30-minutes early access for Disney resort guests only, some Disney partner hotels have this benefit as well, but only a select few.
What Early Entry is NOT: the time you should arrive to the parks and expect the gates to open at that time.
All four Disney parks have figured out a more efficient way to give guests as much of that 30-minutes of time as possible.
Meaning, you need to arrive BEFORE Early Entry begins.
By the time Early Entry starts, the lines for the rides are moving.
If you are just scanning into Magic Kingdom at the EE time, you are going to miss the chance at riding multiple rides before the park opens to everyone else.
So when should you arrive to the parks?
Magic Kingdom & Hollywood Studios: 45 minutes - 1 hour before the posted Early Entry time
Animal Kingdom & EPCOT: 30 - 45 minutes before the posted Early Entry time
