Your brain can’t sabotage what’s short. Put your phone “out of reach,” not “off” 🚪 Another room or inside your bag. Willpower collapses when it’s beside you. Use scrolling as a reward, not a default 🍵 “After 25 mins, I get 5 mins.” You still get dopamine… but you earn it. Do questions first (it forces focus) 🧠 Practice questions > rereading notes. It’s harder to drift when you’re solving. Make an ‘error list’ and only revise that 📝 Stop revising everything. Fix what you actually get wrong = faster grade jump. Two scroll windows a day 🪟 Pick 2 times (e.g., Morning 9-10am + night 7-8pm). Outside that: no feed apps. Night-before setup 🎒 Open the doc, set the timer, write the first task. Less friction = less procrastination. You don’t need to become phone-free. You just need a system that still works when you’re tempted.
