Ingredients Quesadilla Ring - 12 flour tortillas (medium sized) - ¼ cup cheddar cheese - ¼ cup mozzarella cheese l - Cooking Spray Buffalo Chicken Filling - 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded) - 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature) - ¼ cup ranch dressing - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder - 2 green onions (thinly sliced) - ¼ cup Buffalo sauce - ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded) - ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) Garnish - ½ cup green onion (thinly sliced) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a baking sheet or pizza tray with parchment paper or greased foil. 2. In a large bowl stir together all of the buffalo chicken filling ingredients. Mix until evenly combined. 3. Slice the tortillas in half. 4. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken filling on the sliced tortillas. Evenly spread the filling out, leave a small border around the edges of the tortillas. 5. Roll the tortillas into cones. Roll them tightly enough so that the filling holds the cone together but do not press them too tightly so that the filling oozes out. 6. Place a small round bowl in the center of the baking sheet. 7. Arrange the cones around the bowl with the points of the cones touching the bowl. Create one layer of quesadilla cones for the base. 8. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the base layer of cones. 9. Place the remaining quesadilla cones on top to create the second layer. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Remove the bowl. 10. Spray the edges of the tortillas with cooking spray, or brush with oil. 11. Bake the quesadilla ring until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the tortillas are crispy, approximately 15-20 minutes. 12. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions. 13. Fill a small bowl with ranch or blue cheese dressing and place in the centre of the ring. Serve and enjoy!

Pizza Rolls 🍕 Ingredients - 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough (or store bought pizza dough ball) - 1 ½ cup pepperoni slices (or plant based pepperoni for vegetarian recipe) - 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce) - Cooking spray Pizza Toppings (or any combination of your favorite toppings) - ½ cup mushrooms (finely diced) - ½ cup onions (finely diced) - ½ cup bell peppers (finely diced) Garlic Butter - ¼ cup salted butter (melted) - 1 clove garlic (minced) - 1 teaspoon parsley (dried or fresh, optional) For Serving - Pizza sauce (for dipping) - Parmesan cheese (for garnish) Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F with a rack in the middle of the oven. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with cooking oil of choice. 2. If using store bought pizza dough ball, roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle about ½” thick. If using a tube of Pillsbury pizza dough, simply unroll the tube and place the dough on a lightly floured piece of parchment paper or kitchen counter. 3. Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the dough. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese on the sauce. Evenly distribute any pizza toppings of your choice over cheese (ex. onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc.). Lastly, top with an even layer of pepperoni (this layering order will give you the cleanest cuts and make them easier to roll). 4. Use a knife or pizza cutter to make 12 evenly spaced markings along the long edge of the dough to mark where you will slice each piece. Slice the dough into 12 even strips (cutting from the long side up). Tightly roll each piece to create the pizza roll and place into the muffin tin. 5. In a small bowl stir together the garlic butter ingredients. Brush the garlic butter over the tops of each pizza roll 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Garnish the cooked pinwheels with shredded parmesan cheese and serve with extra pizza sauce to dip. Enjoy!

A total flavor bomb… have the recipe ready, people WILL ask for it! 🛒You’ll Need: • cherry tomatoes • Olive oil • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes • Garlic, parsley, oregano • Burrata or stracciatella (burrata filling) • Fresh basil • Parmesan • French baguette • Butter, garlic, salt, parm, parsley (for garlic butter) 🧈 How to Make: 1. Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish). 2. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano. 3. Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process). 4. While that bakes, slice a French bread baguette, spread with garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden. 5. Once you’re ready to serve, top with parm, fresh basil, and burrata. Stir it all together and serve HOT. Dip. Scoop. Repeat. Ingredients For the chicken: • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into small pieces • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil (plus more for cooking) For the Alfredo sauce: • 1 tbsp butter • 2 garlic cloves, pressed or finely grated • 1½ cups heavy cream • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese • ¼ tsp garlic salt (or to taste) For the garlic bread: • 8 slices garlic Texas toast (I used The New York Bakery Texas Toast) • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions 1. Bake the garlic toast (first bake): Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange the Texas toast on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently press the center of each slice to create a shallow well. 2. Cook the chicken: Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Warm, cheesy, impossible to stop eating... and you can make it up to 2 days ahead! Which is perfect because we’re all stressed enough during party season. 😅 💬 Comment “SEND RECIPE” and I’ll DM you the link! Ingredients: 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ½ cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, minced ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F Mix sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and ¾ cup parmesan in a bowl until smooth Place in greased baking dish (8x8 or pie dish works great) Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup parmesan on top Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly Serve warm with crackers, chips, or crusty bread Make-ahead tip: Prep everything through step 3, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
