⁨ آماده‌ای تا پشتت رو به سطح بعدی برسونی؟ این تمرین امروز، با حرکات هدفمند برای بخش پشت و عضلات اطراف ستون فقرات طراحی شده تا قدرت ، فرم و تعادل عضلانی‌ات رو ارتقا بده.⚡️ 📌 حرکات اصلی 1.شروع با کشش کامل و کشیدن آرنج‌ها به سمت عقب تا تیغه‌های شانه به هم نزدیک بشن — این مرحله باعث فعال‌سازی عمیق عضلات پشتِ میانی میشه. 2.سپس با کنترل نفس و حفظ حالت ثابت، وزنه (یا کابل) رو به سمت خودت بکش — حواست باشه آرنج‌ها کنار بدن حرکت کنن و شانه‌ها بالا نرن. 3.در مرحله انتهایی، کشش نهایی رو تا جایی ادامه بده که بتونی عضلات پشت رو واقعاً حس کنی، سپس به آرامی به حالت اولیه برگرد. 💪چرا این تمرین مهمه چون عضلات پشت قوی، نه فقط شکل بهتری به بدن میدن، بلکه کمک می‌کنن شانه‌ها و تنه‌ات محکم‌تر باشن، آسیب کمتر ببینی و اجرای حرکات دیگه مثل پرس یا اسکوات راحت‌تر بشن. 👉 چالش برای تو: چقدر این تمرین رو دقیق انجام دادی؟ عددش رو اینجا بنویس:👇🏻 «من امروز این تمرین رو … بار کامل انجام دادم» اگه حسی متفاوت داشتی (مثل درد عضله یا تنش جدید)حتماًبنویس که بتونیم با هم برسیش کنیم. #فیتنس #تناسب_اندام #تمرین_روزانه #ورزش_در_خانه #بدون_باشگاه #ثبات #بدن_سالم #تمرینات_پشت #قدرت_عضلانی #تمرین_خانگی #عضلات_پشت #تمرین_مقاومتی #HomeWorkout #FitnessMotivation #FitLife #WorkoutRoutine #StayActive #BodyGoals #CoreStrength #BackWorkout #StrengthTraining #PostureCorrection #WellnessJourney #HealthyLifestyle #FitnessAddict #MuscleGrowth #FunctionalTraining #WorkoutMotivation #ExerciseDaily #backday⁩
