Here’s a little dive into some of my favourite fight week foods I like to plug into my clients fight week nutrition plans!
Fight week is all about acutely manipulating a few variables in the diet such as carbohydrate & fibre intake, as well as food volume to reduce body mass.
There are some foods which are brilliant at fitting this criteria such as:
🫐Blueberries
🥑Avocados
🥩Beef Mince Or Steak
🍫Dark Chocolate
🇬🇷Greek Yogurt
These can be used to make delicious fight week meals that you didn’t even think you could eat!
