KIMy 5 daily non negotiables as a financially responsible health and wellness girlie!

1. exercise that I enjoy. you won’t see me paying for a gym membership i won’t use!
2. sleep. anything i can do at 5am, i can do well-rested at 5pm. especially since a lack of sleep makes me feel hungrier and grumpier throughout the day.
3. cooking my meals. might make my grocery bill higher, but my eating out budget is tiny!
4. tracking my food intake. love it, love it, love it. Takes me seconds to do and I love the data it gives me.
5. prioritizing fiber. keeps me regular, full, and on track with eating whole, real foods. plus fruits, veggies and whole grains are generally pretty cheap.
but ofc, flexibility is the key to a truly healthy life, and i take all of these “non-negotiables” with a grain of salt.
if i need to adjust at some point because one of these is no longer working for me, i will!
