I am in NO WAY saying not to work out… We know from extensive research how important it is to resistance train for our longevity, muscles, bones, metabolism, and mind! I am saying that I think we give too much power and precedence to our workouts. We forget there are so many other factors that play into a healthy + leaner lifestyle. Ideally you implement these with a strength program 3-4x per week. But I’m offering these as incredible habits/tools that stand on their own for health improvement! 🔥Her Ramazan’da olduğu gibi bu Ramazan’da da kilo verme derdine düştüysen hemen senin için hazırladığım 8 altın kuralı kaydet! 1️⃣ İftardan sahura olan süreçte 10-12 bardak yani ortalama 2-2.5 litre suyumuzu tüketelim. 2️⃣ 1 bardak su + 1 adet hurma/ 3 zeytin + 1 kepçe çorba sonrası 10 dakika bekleyelim. Ani insülin yükselmesinin önüne geçer böylece sonraki tatlı isteğini hafifletir. 3️⃣ İftarda hızlı yemek yemekten kaçınalım. 4️⃣ En az 1.5-2 saat sonra ara öğün yapalım. Yağ depolamayı engeller ve tatlı ihtiyacını giderir. 5️⃣ Sahura mutlaka kalkalım uzun süreli açlık metabolizmayı yavaşlatır. Sahurda özellikle yeterli protein ve lif alımına özen gösterelim. Çok tuzlu besinler tüketmeyelim. 6️⃣ Sahurdan sonra hemen uyumayalım 30-45 dk sonra yatalım. 7️⃣ İftardan 1.5-2 saat sonra hafif yürüyüş ya da egzersiz yapalım. Sindirime, ödem atmaya ve yağ yakımına destekçidir. 8️⃣ Ramazanda kilo verememe nedenlerinden biri iftar sonrası bitmeyen tüketim döngüsüdür.
