JOAfter recurrent loss and an endometriosis diagnosis, I became a gal who reads labels, researches materials, questions coatings, and changes lighting.
These were 4 kitchen upgrades that helped me feel like I was supporting my hormones instead of unknowingly working against them:
1. Enamel cast iron instead of coated nonstick
2. Glass and stainless air fryer instead of Teflon baskets
3. Espresso machine without plastic piping
4. Warm, flicker-free circadian bulbs at night instead of LEDs
I didn’t make these all at once, it’s been a 5 year journey of creating a home that feels calm, safe, and supportive one small upgrade at a time.
And now as I have 3 under 3, I’ve continued with these shifts. Because it’s no longer about my own body but also creating a healthier home for my family 🏠
And sometimes supporting it well looks like swapping your crockpot or switching your lightbulbs.
Comment SHOP and I’ll send you links to everything, and along if you’re trying to build a healthier home too 🤍
