THI only eat whole foods (most of the time)….. unless I glitch 🤪
The point isn’t to be perfect. It’s to do the better for you than most of the time. This is 80/20 eating….. and guess what if you practice mindfulness you don’t need to measure a thing!!!!
It’s not eating “good“ food 80% of the time and “bad“ things 20% of the time. Because good and bad is subjective…. Trust me I talk to thousands of women all the time that thing something GREAT FOR YOU like fruit should be limited and something packaged that says low call is “good” or “healthy” …… if you leave it up to everyone to figure out what good and bad is, we’re gonna be lost….. so at @mindfull.so we did the opposite.
When things changed for me was when I realized that it means eating WHOLE FOODS (one ingredient items from the earth) most of the time for 80% of your nutrition and the other 20 anything in a package/processed state, still mindful of with allergies etc.
I get that avoiding a lot of the processed and packaged things can be hard to navigate, especially depending on what life stage you’re at. I know this not only because I was there, but because we all have a different desire for what’s easy and fast depending on what’s pulling in our life or what we’re currently exposed to in our household with packaged foods ….
Where you’re at right now with your health is a byproduct of so many factors and you shouldn’t be upset or expected to be like anyone else. Or expected to know what is “good” and “bad” for YOUR BODY without experimenting. It’s not your fault if you feel like crap, but it is your choice to change that.
It comes down to the fact that you haven’t had the proper support, tools and path forward for where you’re at right now.
If you’re looking for how to get started in a way that’s customized and supportive to your needs right now, your nutrition as a busy mom, or working professional……

And yes, these are some of my favorite Weekend snack brands and because I follow 8020 I have no guilt and that is the most freeing thing that could’ve ever happened in this journey. #foodfreedom #mindfuleating #nutritioncoach
