I know some people might feel offended about this statement.. but I am not here to comfort anyone with lies, I’m here to tell the truth.
Pregnancy 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 your body.
Motherhood 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 your time.
But neither 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘺𝘴 you.

Not kids. Not age. Not hormones.
It’s quitting. It’s giving up. It’s telling yourself the story that it’s “too late” or “not possible for me.”
I carried babies. I nursed. I lost sleep. I worked while exhausted.
And I kept showing up.
Some days it was 10/10 effort, other days it was just a walk or a quick lift.
But I NEVER stopped.
