VAYou don’t have a discipline problem.
You have an identity that doesn’t support your goals.
Read that again.
Discipline is not something you force.
It’s something that naturally comes from who you believe you are.
If deep down you see yourself as:
“someone inconsistent”
“someone who tries but quits”
“someone who struggles to follow through”
You will keep proving that story right.
Not because you’re weak.
But because your brain is wired to stay consistent with your identity.
That’s why motivation doesn’t last.
That’s why you feel “on and off” all the time.
So the real work is not pushing harder.
It’s becoming someone new.
Someone who:
– keeps going when it’s silent
– trusts the process
– builds even without instant results
That’s the shift I teach inside The Identity Method.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about becoming different.
