With this new year ahead, there's a sense of "pressure" in the air. As this new cycle invites us to set new intentions, it can be easy to feel left behind, "too slow" or too weak. With many countries still being in the winter cocooning season, it's natural to feel more inward and the need for deep rest. So this is a reminder to listen to your body. To trust your inner voice. No matter what other people do (or seem to be doing, as you never see the full picture on social media) - don't rush. Don't push your body beyond its limitations. The most important thing when manifesting anything is to feel expanded. So allow yourself to relax into whatever is alive in each moment and trust in the natural rhythm of your body.
