Healthy snacking has never tasted this good! Try this guilt-free recipe and enjoy every bite. 💛 📝 Ingredients For the Soya Popcorn: 1 cup soya chunks Salt (to taste) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 3 tbsp gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp rice flour ½ tsp red chili powder Crushed cornflakes (for coating) For Air Frying: No oil required Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes For the Dressing: ½ cup paneer ½ cup yogurt (curd) 2–3 soaked dried red chilies 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp honey Salt to taste 👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Process Boil the Soya Chunks Boil the soya chunks in water with salt and ginger-garlic paste until soft. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Prepare the Coating Mixture In a bowl, add gram flour (besan), rice flour, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well. Coat the Soya Chunks Add the boiled soya chunks to the flour mixture and mix until evenly coated. Cornflake Coating Coat each chunk in crushed cornflakes to give it a crunchy texture. Air Fry Place the coated chunks in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes until crispy. Prepare the Dressing Blend paneer, yogurt, soaked red chilies, garlic, honey, and salt into a smooth creamy dressing. Final Step Toss the hot, crispy soya popcorn in the prepared dressing or drizzle it on top.
