Let’s Make Pizza Dough! This one is so simple and delicious. It comes together quick and you can top it with with anything your family enjoys. Here is how you make it … - In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of warm water, 1 packet of instant yeast and 1 tsp of honey or agave or white sugar. Let this sit for five minutes. Tip! Make sure the water is warm enough for you to comfortably dip your finger in. Like a nice warm bath. - After five minutes add in 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil. - Mix together and once the dough starts to pull away from the sides start a five minute timer and let the mixer slowly knead the dough. - After the dough has been kneading for five minutes, gently stretch it with your hands. - Once the dough is stretched out a bit place it on an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet and continue stretching the dough out until you get your desired size. - Top the pizza with whatever you’d like and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza dough is golden brown and crisp. - Slice and serve! #pizza #pizzadough #homemadepizza #recipereels

Pizza maison ultra moelleuse 🍕✨ 🌙 Pâte pour 2 pizzas : • 400 g de farine • 100 g de semoule extra fine • 300 g d’eau • 7 g de levure sèche • 3 c.à.s d’huile d’olive • 1 c.à.s de sucre • 1 c.à.c de sel Mélangez tous les ingrédients et laissez reposer 2h (ou plus). Dégazez, formez 2 boules en les roulant dans un peu de semoule extra fine. Aplatissez délicatement en partant du centre sans rouleau pour garder de belles bulles. Laissez les bords plus épais pour une croûte bien gonflée. Placez vos disques sur du papier cuisson et garnissez à votre goût ! Pour moi : • Sauce pizza • Gruyère • Poivrons • Viande hachée • Mozzarella • Olives noires • Champignons • Origan 🌙 Cuisson : Enfournez à 250°C (chaleur tournante ou mode pizza) pendant 9 min, grille au 2ᵉ niveau.
