If you’ve seen Hyrox and have no idea what it is, this is for you…
1km run between every station.
Starting with a 1km run
1- 1km ski erg
2- sled push 50m (12.5m x4 lengths) (102kg open, 152kg pro)
3- sled pull 50m (12.5m x4 lengths) (78kg open, 103kg pro)
4- 80m burpee broad jumps
5- 1km row
6- 200m farmer carry (16kg open, 24kg pro)
7- 100m sandbag walking lunges (10kg open, 20kg pro)
8- 100 wall balls (4kg open, 6kg pro)
These are all the women’s weights, the men’s are heavier (men’s open are women’s pro weights but the men’s pro are heavier)
It’s such an inclusive race as well it’s not just for super fit people who are doing sub 60 races, anyone can do this!
