BLLots of the rowing form at Hyrox races is questionable to say the least…
we like to use this station as a chance to reset the race and bring the heart rate down slightly.
Why is clip 1 faster and more efficient?
- Arm timing (arms away first)
- Driving with the legs
- No rushing up the slide
- Slower stroke rate
- Full stroke length
- No rounding at the back
