It’s a great workout because it combines both Tempo & interval running in one workout. This teaches you to shift gears & feel the effects of race day.
2. The Long Run (Spicy) 🌶️
15km+ of running
Every 2km run @ your goal 10km pace for 1km
Your legs need to get use to endurance. Running 10km fast requires a lot of endurance & by putting a 1km at race pace every 2km allows you to feel what it will be like.
3. 800x800 (Elite) 🫁
I think I created one of the greatest interval runs.

800m @ 1 minute per km slower
This over 12km of brutality. You can’t rest, it’s constant work for these 8 rounds. If you can complete this workout you can hit your 10km PB.
