SPOkay this is how I make my Irish sea moss gel 🌿
I soak it overnight (12–24 hrs), rinse it really well, then blend it with 2 cups of water + ½ lemon 🍋
The lemon helps sooo much with that strong sea taste.
I add 1 tsp–1 tbsp to my smoothies (and sometimes I just take it straight 😅).
I usually do 4–5 days on, then I take a break, then repeat.
PS: you can freeze it into ice cubes and it lasts months 🧊
Save this for later 💚
Sea moss is best known for being mineral-rich and for supporting:
✅ Thyroid support (due to iodine content)
✅ Gut health (gel-like texture can feel soothing)
✅ Immune support (many people use it seasonally)
✅ Skin hydration + glow
✅ Energy + mineral replenishment
If someone has thyroid conditions, they should be mindful of iodine and talk to a professional.
Do you make sea moss gel?
Happy Wednesday!
Much love
Eva❤️
