MEHealthy Homemade Raspberry Chia Jam ✨ and it only takes 5 minutes!
If you know me, you know I’m all about making simple swaps.
Store-bought jam often contains high fructose corn syrup & way too much added sugar. Make your own version at home and you’ll be so happy you did!
For my favorite jam recipe you’ll need:
2 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbsp maple syrup
What to do:
1 - Heat raspberries over the stove mashing them up as you go.
2 - Once boiling, turn to a low simmer.
3 - Add the chia seeds, lemon and maple syrup. Mix well.
4 - Remove from the heat and let cool.
Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
