NAfive unconventional journal prompts 🎉
these are some of my favorite prompts when i don’t feel like reflecting on my day or feelings!
- write the recipe of the food you made or ate! even if it’s estimates! i think about our go-to meals from a few years ago that i stopped making as often and now i wish i could go back and revisit them!
- print a photo and caption it! as someone who takes many, many photos, it’s so easy for me to print and caption on days when i can’t remember what we did or what happened.
- things i bought! i’m not a big spender, so any time i’m paying, i’m curious about what it was!
- on this day! i try to take what’s digital and save it in my journal. 🗣️we can’t rely on social media being our archive so print that photo from FB memories and caption it!
- choose colors that match the vibe of your day and doodle! doodle flowers, small boxes, lines, anything. it’s relaxing and helps you check out while preserving something about your day.
