THHow durable is a prefab home like this? And what is it made of?
This 2,000 sq ft home is built using factory-made wall panels, which took about 2 weeks (shell & core) to manufacture.
Each panel includes:
• Light Gauge Steel (LGSF) structure
• External cement boards (Shera)
• Impact-resistant drywall inside
• Insulation layer
• Electrical & plumbing built into the walls
The structure sits on a strong civil foundation, is fire-rated, earthquake resistant, and reinforced with MS steel for durability.
The design life is around 35–40 years.
Modern construction. Faster build. Strong structures.
