COOne of the biggest fears beginner swimmers have (whether they're conscious of it or not!) is not being able to get their feet back on the floor. Learning to stand calmly and in a controlled way can transform how safe and relaxed you feel in the water, setting you up for long-term success!
It's important that you are with a teacher or partner in the water, who can help support you as you learn this critical, fundamental skill. Because for many adult beginners, it is not as easy as it looks, and our instincts to rush or panic can quickly take over!
