A wider stance tends to emphasize the adductors, or inner thighs.
A closer stance can place a little more emphasis on the outer quads.
A shoulder width stance is a solid option for training the quads overall.
Placing the feet lower on the platform can increase quad emphasis, especially the lower portion closer to the knee.
Placing the feet higher, with the toes slightly turned out, can bring a bit more glute and hamstring involvement.
