TUIn Seminar, our MAT students created a visual representation of their SMARTIE Goals for the spring. Using the SMARTIE framework (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, Time-bound, Inclusive, and Equitable) students are setting powerful, meaningful goals to guide their journey through this practicum semester. Each goal reflects their dedication to growth, learning, and making a positive impact at their school!
