They are constantly bored and can’t seem to be content unless they get that dopamine hit from a screen. 3. Mood swings that are unpredictable 4. They imitate the characters they see on screens in a negative way. Whiny, aggressive, over stimulated, impulsive 5. They don’t listen while on a screen. You ask multiple times and get ignored. 6. They are “tired” from doing nothing but being on a screen. Screen fatigue 7. They have terrible sleep habits. Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, tired the next day. Screen mess with melatonin levels. 8. They sneak extra time and lie. They break the rules. 9. Constant complaining when not on a screen. Everything is “boring” 10. They aren’t interested in playing with you or with others. Human interaction isn’t as stimulating for them anymore. ‼️ If your child has a few of these it’s time to TURN THEM OFF and PUT THEM AWAY ‼️ This post is NOT meant to sound judging, so please do not take it that way!
