Craziest Holi memory:
It always started 1 night b4— while every1 slept, I was on the terrace filling buckets of water balloons like I was preparing for a full-scale war. Every1 was on my target list. Partner in crime? My bhai.
Holi morning meant terrace battles. I’d spot the victim, bhai wud load the pichkari, & BOOM— direct hit. Screams, running, revenge mode activated 💦🎯
Bt the most iconic moment?
We once saw a man in a crisp white kurta walking below. Perfect target. Balloon launched. Pichkari follow-up. Splash
Silence.
It was Panditji. On his way to perform a puja. In brand new clothes. 😭
Did we panic? A little.
Did we apologize? Absolutely not.
We just screamed at the top of our lungs —
“Bura na maano Holi hai!” 🌈😂
And ran.
That was my childhood Holi — chaotic, fearless, slightly criminal…& completely unforgettable✨
