Plain yogurt with castelvetrano olives, chili oil, parsley, salt, and pepper, two farm fresh jammy eggs, roasted Japanese sweet potato, sugar bee apple.
Potato - slice into large chunks or coins and coat in olive oil, nice salt, freshly cracked pepper. Bake in a 475 degree oven for 25 minutes. Flip and bake for another 5 or so, or until perfectly golden and caramelized. I prefer them almost burnt.
Jammy eggs - bring small pot of salted water to a boil and lower in eggs with a slotted spoon. Set timer for seven minutes, reduce heat slightly. Remove eggs and place into an ice bath or under cold running water to peel.
FYI the yogurt / olive / chili bite with potato is really perfect.
