It’s not “mum brain”.

The constant multiple tabs open, all at once - the appointments, the school emails, the permission slips, the birthday presents, the PE kits, the outgrown shoes, the clubs, the dinners, the forms, the never ending shopping list, on TOP of your own daily tasks, your job, your appointments, your relationships.
With no breaks. Like, ever.
Even when you’re meant to be resting.
Even when you’re lying in bed.
Even when you’re trying to finish a sentence.
And when one tiny thing slips through the cracks… suddenly you’re “scatty.”
But it’s not forgetfulness. It’s overload.
If your brain feels full, it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because you’re holding a lot.
Be kind to yourself. And if your partner doesn’t get it, play them this.
