I'm currently still using my home oven to bake all of my bread and baked g — how I bake sourdough bread in my micro bakery using only my home oven 🍞✨ I’m currently still using my home oven to bake all of my bread and baked goods in my micro bakery. I’ve used this oven for almost 2 years now (I did have to replace the igniter twice 🫠), but it’s kept me going for a long time. *I can bake 6 loaves at a time in my oven - I’ve tried more but it doesn’t work properly *I bake at 460F with the lid on for 30 min. Then I remove the lid and bake for an additional 16-18 min at 460F. *I spray all of my loaves with filtered water before placing the lid on. This creates steam in the oven for the bread to rise & create a really nice crust. *I do NOT oil my loaf pans. I flour the bottom of my loaves and place the dough in the pan. I use the @usa_pan (1lb) pans. Comment “PAN” and I’ll send you the link to the ones I use. These are a game changer for me! *I spray all of my bread with filtered water after they come out of the oven. It took me 6-7 hours to bake just my bread this day. I made 40 loaves 😉 I am in the process of upgrading my oven & purchasing a RM2020 oven @campbell2664 from @pleasanthillgrain 🙏🏼 Hopefully in the next couple of months I can increase my quantities and get some time back! I always advise you use what you have to build your business while you continue growing! If you've ever thought about running a micro Bakery or teaching or maybe just doing something at the weekend for your local community your village your family don't be put off by the fact that this beautiful Oven is for a small bakery there's a version of it that's a tiny bit smaller and absolutely rocks it's called the M24 Speak to my friend @campbell2664 about it. WHY THIS OVEN? It's a great oven, it's reliable. The heat is even throughout the ceiling is great. The door is secure. There's a window so you can see through it. It holds the steam and it's supported by an amazing person who I absolutely adore! Why do I think @campbell2664 is the bees knees..Because he's a no nonsense, amazing guy, with a heart of gold who has been empowering bakers and teachers like myself and small artisan bakers to make better more nourishing Bread to feed their communities through his support for years and creation of this impeccable oven. I cannot recommend him highly enough. What's amazing about him Is his personal passion and vision and his design, and he always goes the extra mile. I'm not paid for this post in fact he'll probably be totally embarrassed by my compliments. (Sorry about that Campbell. 😂but you rock and so does you oven 😊) If anybody wants any information, feel free to ask likewise I'd like to give a huge shout out to the other person supported me most when I first started using this kind of oven and has always supported the artisan community and that is my friend and one of the best bakers in the world @season_adam 🔌 so all you need is a plug some flour and some water and you're off!!!!
