Hi. I wanted to pop on here to tell you about our newest fragrance at @henryrose, London 1983. I was inspired by my first visit to London, King’s Road in the early 80s. It was gritty and glamorous, there were misfits & models, and I remember a woman selling vials of perfume on a street corner. It was the first time I had ever smelled Musk and I fell in love instantly! Surrounded by the rebellious punk scene - it was just a really exciting and a transformative trip for me! This scent takes me right back to that day. I love the black pepper & fig notes. It’s musky and woody, and just totally intoxicating! I hope you love it as much as I do.

Being a part of Models Inc for over 16 years… wow. I remember joining this organization when I was still in high school. At that time, I wanted change for myself. I wanted a better direction in life, so I let God guide me. My friends were joining, and I saw so much amazing talent and so many positive things happening, and I said to myself, I want to be a part of something positive too. I remember catching the X2 bus to gallery place and then the 79 up Georgia Ave every single day, committed and determined. Back then, I had no idea that joining Models Inc would lead me to becoming a celebrity makeup artist and influencer. Look at God. 🙌🏾 Tonight was truly an honor. I just wish my mother was here to celebrate this moment with me I know she would be so proud. I felt just as amazing as I looked. This was truly a beautiful night to remember. Thank you to my @modelsinc family for always believing in me, and thank you for my Hall of Fame award wow! I love you all more than words can express. Being surrounded by so much love made this one of the best nights of my life. I truly appreciate everything you all have done and continue to do. Models Inc keeps pouring into the community, uplifting people, and changing lives and that means everything. 🩷✨ #fashion #beauty #foryoupage #galaawards #modelsinc

There’s this stereotype that still exists around my community so I wanted to give hope to them. I don’t come from much and I relate to so many. Rising above it is possible! I wanted to be the representation I’ve lacked growing up!!
