Here’s your recipe 🍊
* juice of 2 oranges
* 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
* 1/4 tsp sea salt
* top off with filtered water
The vitamin C from fresh orange juice is literally required for your adrenals to make cortisol properly.
It helps REGULATE cortisol so you’re not stuck in that wired-but-tired cycle. Vitamin C supports all your hormone production, not just stress hormones, so it’s helping your thyroid, sex hormones, everything works better
The cream of tartar gives you about 375mg of potassium, which your adrenals absolutely need to function. When you’re stressed, you burn through potassium like crazy and most of us are already deficient. This helps balance out the sodium and keeps your adrenals from getting overwhelmed
Sea salt provides the sodium and trace minerals (including copper) that your adrenals need to actually produce hormones.
