SAOur team spent time at Aduyon Coffee Processing with @rodyiotacdoy , a young producer from La Trinidad whose work has gained national recognition. At the Philippine Coffee Quality Competition 2025, he placed first in the Arabica Small Scale Farms category, setting a remarkable standard for Philippine coffee.
The visit gave our team the chance to experience coffee beyond the cup. From observing the processing stages to asking questions and understanding the level of care behind every lot, it became a meaningful learning moment for everyone while also being a fun and memorable time in the mountains.
