PLEASE if I can give you any gift, let it be to always file a report on any patient that assaults you. It may not result in action but having a documented history of assault on their record can help when it comes to the day they do face sentencing for another crime or in determining their release. We need to be the ones to normalize that just because you are in the hospital that you can treat people in a way that wouldn't be tolerated otherwise. #nursesweek2025 #nursesweek #endnurseabuse
