Today I put together a superset of biceps/shoulders with the 10lb weights I had available. Here are the details of this workout. Complete 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps for each superset. Resting 30sec or less between sets. Basic biceps curls Lateral shoulder raise X3- 4 Hammer curls External Shoulder rotation X3-4 External rotation biceps curls Bent over rear delt fly X3-4 Isolated hold biceps curls Arnold press X3-4 Reverse grip biceps curls Front should raise X3-4 Try this today or Save this one for later.
