Aqui está um guia simples para fazer uma batata assada deliciosa:
Ingredientes:
• Batatas (preferencialmente batatas grandes, como a Asterix ou Inglesa)
• Azeite de oliva ou manteiga
• Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
• Ervas (como alecrim, tomilho ou orégano) - opcional
• Recheios opcionais (queijo, bacon, creme de leite, requeijão, etc.)
Modo de Preparo:
1. Pré-aqueça o forno:
• Deixe o forno aquecer a 200°C.
2. Lave as batatas:
• Lave bem as batatas para remover a sujeira da casca. Se preferir, esfregue com uma escovinha.
3. Perfure as batatas:
• Com um garfo, faça pequenos furos em toda a superfície da batata. Isso ajuda a liberar o vapor durante o cozimento.
4. Tempere e prepare:
• Esfregue azeite ou manteiga sobre as batatas.
• Polvilhe sal e pimenta-do-reino por fora. Se gostar, adicione ervas.
5. Embale ou não (opcional):
• Para uma casca mais macia, envolva as batatas em papel-alumínio. Para cascas crocantes, asse diretamente na grade ou em uma assadeira.
6. Asse:
• Coloque as batatas no forno e asse por 50 a 60 minutos, virando na metade do tempo. Elas estão prontas quando um garfo entrar facilmente no centro.
Recheio e finalização:
1. Após assar, faça um corte longitudinal na batata e aperte levemente as extremidades para abri-la.
2. Recheie com os ingredientes de sua preferência:
• Tradicional: Requeijão, manteiga ou creme de leite.
• Mais elaborado: Queijo derretido, bacon crocante, cebolinha e sour cream.
Dica Gourmet:
Adicione cheddar cremoso, carne desfiada ou um mix de vegetais salteados para uma versão mais sofisticada.

⛵ In 1808, the Portuguese royal family fled to Brazil to escape Napoleon’s invasion.
📍 Rio de Janeiro became the capital of the United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Azores, making Brazil equal to Portugal for the first time.
📜 But in the early 1820s, Portugal’s parliament (the Cortes) demanded the royals return to Lisbon and planned to reduce Brazil back to a colony.
👋 King João obeyed and sailed back, but left his son Dom Pedro behind as regent.
👑 In 1822, when ordered to return, Pedro refused. Instead, he declared Brazil’s independence and founded the Empire of Brazil.
☝️ Fun fact: Brazil became the only Latin American country to remain a monarchy after independence, and it lasted more than 60 years.
