1. Take breaks from your screens and look at something in the distance for at least 20 seconds. This relaxes your focusing system.

2. Use lubricating eye drops! NOT VISINE but something that actually moisturizes your eyes and helps with dryness

3. Use night shift mode on your phone and computer when you are winding down at night.
