Eddie emptied his entire bag of tricks on this one - I think it might be impossible to recreate the record version note for note. Can we also take a moment to appreciate Alex’s drumming!? - his swing on this one is legendary. I noticed Eddie fretted the intro riff a few different ways in live videos. He’s basically oscillating/pedaling off a B & A note for the rhythm and hitting an A note on the D string as an accent note. I’m doing the big stretch and hitting the B note on the A string instead of the low E string. If you follow the tabs you’ll need to string skip from the low E string to the D string - I just couldn’t get that right so I opted for the stretch version instead.
