PR🇵🇷✨ Seguimos celebrando 20 años de historia en el Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico.
Hoy destacamos a Mari Joel Landrau, quien lleva 20 años y 9 meses formando parte de nuestra familia.
Su recuerdo más especial nos transporta al día de su entrevista, cuando le confirmaron que la posición era suya — un momento que marcó el inicio de una carrera llena de compromiso y pasión por lo que hace.
Para Mari Joel, lo más gratificante ha sido trabajar con la gente, compartiendo cada día con una inmensa variedad de clientes y experiencias.
Entre sus memorias favoritas, destaca el Puerto Rico Comic Con, evento que ha visto crecer desde una pequeña sala hasta ocupar todo el recinto: un verdadero reflejo del desarrollo y evolución que también ha vivido el PRCC.

🇵🇷✨ We continue celebrating 20 years of history at the Puerto Rico Convention Center.
Today we highlight Mari Joel Landrau, who has been part of our family for 20 years and 9 months.
Her most memorable moment takes her back to the day of her interview — when she was told the position was hers, marking the start of a fulfilling professional journey she had long dreamed of.
For Mari Joel, the most rewarding part of her work is connecting with people and engaging with the wide variety of clients who visit our venue.
Her favorite event is the Puerto Rico Comic Con, one she has proudly worked on year after year — watching it grow from a small room setup to occupying the entire building, a reflection of the same growth and evolution the PRCC has experienced.
Thank you, Mari Joel, for your dedication, passion, and for being an essential part of our story. 💙

KEWe’ve partnered with Pearl River CC Baseball PRCC Athletics to create a “Reverse Mentoring” program for young athletes and College players. Coach Avalon and I discussed this idea last year to figure out how we can help add value and impact lives beyond the game. Last night it all came together. Last night over 25 kids and their families showed to meet one another and have fun together. Each player has a mentor that will be helping them develop on and off the field. When we started South Mississippi GRIT Baseball Club we wanted something that was about more than baseball. Seeing things start to come together has me speechless because God is continuing to remind me to TRUST HIM. I’d rather spend my time impacting people and creating lasting memories instead of letting my ego get in the way of child’s life changing for the better. Thank you to all of the parents that are on this journey with us. Thank you to every coach that had a hand in making this come to life. Thank you to Emilee Swilley for helping organize and plan. We can only get better from here. This is only the beginning. We are better and stronger together.
