The Workout: 45 seconds on, 15 second rest.
1. Squat + Press
2. Reverse Lunge + Curl
3. Forward Lunge + Side Raise (right side)
4. Forward Lunge + Side Raise (left side)
5. Front Raise + Shoulder Fly
6. Squat + Press with Rotation
7. Bent Over Row + Tricep Extension
8. Bird dogs (left side)
9. Bird dogs (right side)
10. Jackknife with dumbbell
