Absolute burner partner workout. Everything was cool till the burpee pull-ups…
Workout details ⬇️
1k row buy in,
then 100 reps of each movement,
and a 1k row cash out.
-Split the reps/row however you choose. We did sets of 15 on the wallballs and bike, and sets of 10 on the box jumps and burpees.
-Only one person working at a time
-Must be done in order (no partitioning)
- If done individually, just cut the reps/distances in half and it’s still a good one.
Weights/height ⬇️
(M): 20lb ball to 10ft target
24 inch box. Must step down
(F): 14lb ball to 9ft target
