JOSit down in the middle of your room.
Set a timer for five minutes. And think about all of the things you could do and the person you'd like to become.
When the timer goes off, reset it, and think about what you need to do today to move in that direction.
You'll probably notice that the first five minutes were a lot more fun than the second five.
And that's exactly why you're not making progress.
Reset the timer once more, and think again about what needs to be done today.
But this time, reduce those things to the bare minimum required for progress. And change your process for how you'll get them done until they become not the epic accomplishments you'd like them to be. But something you won't be miserable doing. And make them small enough that you can do them with excellence.
Then stand up, and get to work.
