JEI don’t add weights to Pilates because it’s needed or to build muscle mass or for added health benefits…
I do it because it’s fun! 🎉 It’s a great way to add some curiosity and playfulness to my Pilates workout and it challenges my body in a different way. It doesn’t replace my heavy weight training days - but it does bring some joy to my regular Pilates routine 😊.
I recommend no more than five pound weights for these moves.
