This is ivory travertine, and so is the travertine in our bathrooms but you can see that the two are very different! I would recommend that you always check with your supplier regarding consistency in colour for bulk purchases. What you see on display in the shop is likely to be a small quantity compared to what you’ll actually receive and the pieces can vary a lot because they’re natural stone. Seems obvious now - but we didn’t think about this back then. I absolutely adore ivory travertine tiles. I just wish that we had the same tiles outside as we do inside with that beautiful warmth and consistency. I hope that’s helpful for anyone currently building a pool, or looking at stone tiles anywhere in their home at the moment. #pooltile #poolinspo #travertine #pooldesign #pooltile #renovation

P O O L F A C T S 💦 Ich bekomme viele Fragen bzgl. unseres Pools und habe deshalb mal die wichtigsten hier zusammen gestellt …. Wir haben einen Folienpool, die Farbe ist hellgrau … ich wollte eigentlich damals sehr gerne eine dunklere Farbe, leider stand sie nicht zur Verfügung. Desinfiziert wird das Wasser mit einer Salzelektrolyse, was wirklich unheimlich angenehm ist, ohne Chlorgeruch. Das Wasser ist sehr hautschonend und ich würde es wirklich jedem empfehlen… Gerne hätten wir ihn etwas länger gebaut aber das passte leider nicht und so haben wir uns auch mit einer Abdeckung sehr schwer getan , da wir nicht noch mehr Länge verlieren wollten … wir haben jetzt eine tolle Lamellenabdeckung gefunden, natürlich haben wir sie umgebaut 🤣zeige euch demnächst noch etwas mehr … Unsere Filteranlage ist für mich bis heute ein Phänomen …. Gefiltert wird das Wasser durch einen kleinen Stoffsack, was so unglaublich toll funktioniert …. Wir haben all die Jahre noch nie Probleme mit dem Wasser gehabt, es ist immer klar …. Die Anlage macht überhaupt keine Arbeit, verbraucht wenig Wasser, denn das bleibt auch im Winter drin, und die Stromkosten sind gering … Beheizt wird der Pool über eine Wärmepumpe , die durch eine PV Anlage gespeist wird . Ich hoffe, ich habe nichts vergessen und wenn ihr noch weitere Fragen haben solltet, gerne immer her damit ….
