AJ5 MIN CINNAMON CHEESECAKE! 😍
Sometimes you just need a quick 5 min recipe when it’s too hot to turn the oven on 🥵 I’m living for these as a post workout snack! Sugar free and high in protein ofc! Make sure to save the simplest recipe for later ✨
✨300 calories, 39g protein, C:20g, F:6g ✨
Ingredients:
250g (1 cup) quark/any thick yoghurt
10g (1tbsp) custard powder/cornstarch
1 egg
*optional: sweetener to taste
Topping: gold erythritol (I use @nkdliving) mixed with cinnamon ✨
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, place in the microwave for 5 minutes at 450W. It will still be jiggly in the middle. Leave to cool and enjoy! 😌
Alternatively, bake in the oven at 175°C for about 25 mins.
