5 MIN CINNAMON CHEESECAKE! 😍 Sometimes you just need a quick 5 min recipe when it’s too hot to turn the oven on 🥵 I’m living for these as a post workout snack! Sugar free and high in protein ofc! Make sure to save the simplest recipe for later ✨ ✨300 calories, 39g protein, C:20g, F:6g ✨ Ingredients: 250g (1 cup) quark/any thick yoghurt 10g (1tbsp) custard powder/cornstarch 1 egg *optional: sweetener to taste Topping: gold erythritol (I use @nkdliving) mixed with cinnamon ✨ Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl, place in the microwave for 5 minutes at 450W. It will still be jiggly in the middle. Try my BISCOFF CHOCOLATE LAVA OAT CAKE for ONE (vegan, high-protein) 😍 Packed with fibre from the oats, this honestly so GOOD, and hard to believe this is kind of healthy 🤭 I used my favourite chocolate protein powder from @macr0mike to give this cake over 25g of protein, making it a great, filling breakfast, dessert or post workout snack! My @macr0mike discount code is “amb-chen” ✨ Here is the recipe ➡️ BISCOFF CHOCOLATE LAVA OAT CAKE for ONE (vegan, high-protein) Serves: 1 INGREDIENTS: Choc cake batter: ✅ 2/3 cup (50g) oat flour ✅ 1/3 cup (40g) vegan chocolate protein powder (I used @macr0mike deluxe chocolate - my discount code is “amb-chen”) ✅ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ✅ 1 tablespoon (5g) cocoa powder ✅ 1 tablespoon (5g) granulated sweetener (can sub for 2 tablespoons sugar) ✅ 3/4 cup (175ml) almond milk ✅ 2 tablespoons (30g) non-dairy yoghurt Toppings: ✅ 1 tablespoon biscoff spread ✅ 10g dark chocolate ✅ 1 lotus biscuit on top METHOD: 1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 180 degrees C/360 degrees F 2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the choc cake batter, mix until no lumps remains and the batter is thick 3. Transfer to an oven-safe ramekin (mine was 8cm in diameter) 4. Make a well in the centre and place one tablespoon dollop of biscoff in the centre. 5. Top with a couple pieces of chcosolte and a lotus biscuit 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until mostly cooked (I like mine slightly under so it’s more gooey) 7. Enjoy warm! And this one is fun because it has a little caffeine kick to it 🤭 I love drinking a smoothie every morning while also getting in a good amount of protein! It’s such an easy breakfast/ post workout snack and always so delicious so give this a try I know you’ll love it! Ingredients: -1 frozen banana -1 cup ice -1 shot of espresso (can also sub for coffee but you might need a bit more for flavor) -3/4 cup Greek yogurt (I used @chobani ) -1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love @cleansimpleeats) -1/4-1/2 cup plant milk -*optional* 1 tbsp maple syrup -2 tbsp chocolate chips Instructions: -Add all ingredients to your blender besides your chocolate chips and blend until smooth. This recipe is quick, macro friendly, and perfect for a post workout snack or when you want something sweet without blowing your calories. Recipe 👇🏼 (Serves 6 〰️ 120 cals | 12g protein | 12g carbs | 3g fat each) Ingredients: • 70g soy protein crisps • 50g milk chocolate whey protein (I used Ghost) • 50g Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate • 35g Mars Bar (about ¾ of one) • 55ml sugar free maple syrup Method: 1️⃣ Melt the Mars Bar in a bowl over a pot of boiling water not the microwave (trust me, I tried and cooked it in a bad way in 20 seconds). 2️⃣ In a bowl add soy crisps, protein powder and maple syrup. 3️⃣ Add in melted chocolate and mix until it all combines. 4️⃣ Spoon into 6 silicone muffin moulds. 5️⃣ Melt chocolate and drizzle on each. 6️⃣ Chill for 2 hour until firm. Crunchy. Gooey. Protein packed.
