My version is made up of:
❤️🔥 3 layers of Tonka Bean sponge soaked in a Butterscotch Sauce
❤️🔥 Whipped Butterscotch Mascarpone Cream
❤️🔥 Raspberry Compote
❤️🔥 Whipped Pistachio Mascarpone Cream
❤️🔥 And a layer of Pistachio Cream for good measure.
Deliciously sumptuous - the sorta yum your tum deserves at this time of year.
