1. CONSISTENCY is key, crucial, your right hand man, all of the above. ANY goal doesn’t happen overnight, and you need to stick to the plan and trust the process; no matter how linear it is.
2. Make sure you’re eating in a calorie surplus (eating more than what your body burns) and eat your protein!!!!!
3. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD ‼️ Stick to a training program that’s catered to your goals, stop switching up the workouts/exercises every week, and push progressive overload week by week; increase weight, reps, time under tension, etc.
4. RECOVERY. Make sure you are taking rest days. Like I always say, you break down your muscle in the gym, and when you actually rest, and pair that rest with proper nutrition, is when your muscles actually build back up 🧱.
This just scratches the surface, but it’s a start!
