Here’s why.
Let’s be honest.
99.9% of deal sourcers source deals because they’ve got no money and no real experience.
They do a three day course, print a business card, and suddenly they’re a “property expert” ready to invest your £250k of hard earned savings.
Make that make sense.
Honestly, if I had a pound for every shite deal I’ve been sent, I wouldn’t be posting this reel.
I’d be on a private island, ignoring WhatsApp messages, drinking something overpriced with an umbrella in it.
This is the lazy way out.
And it’s also the most expensive way to learn.
Because if the person sourcing the deal doesn’t understand demand, exit strategies, funding, refurb risk, or operations, guess who’s carrying all the risk.
You.
Like I said, 99.9% haven’t got a clue.
Which means 99.9% of deals are shite and will quietly bleed your money.
If a deal really stacks, the person who found it would keep it.
Or at least have skin in the game.
Here’s what to do instead.
Learn how to source your own deals.
Understand the numbers yourself.
Know why a property works before anyone else tells you it does.
