EMCreamy Red Pesto Twists !! 🧚🏼♀️🫰🏼✨🥨
…& she is BACK IN THE ROOM with another puff pastry recipe because if a girl has half a jar of pesto in the fridge, what is she to do?

These were eaten in approximately 5 hours. My boyfriend doesn’t even like cheese but he said these were like little spicy garlic pesto bread sticks. High praise I fear.
For 10 twists…👩🏼🍳
🥨 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
🥨 Mix together 2tbsp pesto, 1tbsp cream cheese, 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp dried parsley, salt & pepper and 1tsp of garlic.
🥨 Fold a sheet of puff pastry in half & cut it down the middle.
🥨 Spread your pesto mix over one half and then add a layer of finely grated cheese. Pop the other half of pastry on top of this & then cut into 10 strips.
🥨 Twist your strips and place them onto a lined baking tray before egg washing.
🥨 Pop into the oven for around 20 minutes or until golden brown.
🥨 Add a final grating of cheese & garnish with some dried parsley. Enjoy !! Xxx
